Meet Gillian, the Founder

Founder and CEO, Dr. Gillian Stewart Gregory has navigated the education system as both an educator and a mother of two children with learning disabilities. Driven to ensure her own children received the services and support they were entitled to, Gillian developed expertise in Exceptional Student Education services, instructional accommodations aligned to the specific needs of children with Dyslexia and Neurodivergence, as well as professional learning opportunities for teachers, administrators, and district staff to strengthen student achievement. Through her local community, she realized that her experiences were not unique- parents struggled with aligning their student’s needs within the traditional education landscape. From countless playground and coffee conversations, Compass Learning and Consulting was born.

Working closely with families, partners, and organizational leadership, Gillian ensures that services remain student-centered, accessible, and outcomes-driven. Through visionary leadership and a commitment to innovation, she helps position the organization as a trusted provider of effective, personalized learning solutions.

We're not here to follow trends—we're here to build something timeless. With a blend of creativity, strategy, and heart, we help students and their families thrive. ~Gillian
